Noise and Consideration:** - Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM). - Respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors, as well as other guests in the building. **4. Smoking and Pets:** - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. - We do allow pets on the premises for an extra fee please inquire within. **5. Occupancy:** - Only the number of guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. - Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted on the property. **6. Security and Damages:** - We provide a safe environment, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. - Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay, including those due to negligence or misuse. **7. Check-In and Check-Out:** - Check-in time is 3:00pm , and check-out time is 10:00am. Please adhere to these times to ensure proper turnover for other guests. **8. Respectful Behavior:** - Treat the property and its contents with respect and care. - Any behavior that violates local laws or disrupts the peaceful environment may result in eviction without refund - Any Excessive Filth or destructive behavior will be charged with a fine of up to $250+ -Please Keep Thermostat🔥 ❄️on “AUTO” and Never on “ON” please don’t turn it above 75 without permission. (Fees May Apply if rules are broken) *9. Communication:** - If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please reach out to us promptly. We are here to assist you 24/7 . **10. Liability:** - The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. -Keys to the property are in your possession during your stay so you are liable if they are lost or misplaced. (Fees Applicable) 11. Parking:* - We have plenty of close and convenient street parking around the property no permit is needed please pay attention to posted signage.
